Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at hubheritage.com (the "Site"), an independent visitor guide and informational resource about the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Independence and No Affiliation
The Site is operated by an independent editorial team. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed, or otherwise affiliated with the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, its trustees, officers, employees, or licensees. References to the museum, its collections, exhibitions, hours, address, or programs are provided for informational purposes only.
For tickets, membership, group bookings, official statements, or matters arising from a visit to the museum itself, please contact the museum directly.
Eligibility
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
Permitted Use
You may view, browse, and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial reference. You may not:
- Reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Use any automated means (robots, scrapers, harvesters) to access or extract content, except for indexing by search engines acting in good faith.
- Frame the Site, deep-link to non-public pages, or remove proprietary notices.
- Upload or transmit malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.
- Interfere with the Site's security, performance, or availability.
Intellectual Property
All editorial content, layout, code, and graphics on the Site — other than third-party trademarks identifying the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston — are owned by or licensed to the Site operator and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. Trademarks of the museum are the property of their respective owners and are used here under principles of fair use solely to identify the subject matter of the editorial coverage.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable federal law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
